Verified Trader Confirms IPO & Last Round Of 2015 Beta Testing

1st Oct 2015: Online trading company 'Verified Trader' has announced that its intentions to raise $50 million via an initial public offering (IPO).

Verified Trader is aiming for a floated market cap of $225 million. The news comes as the company experienced a stellar 2014 and CEO Frank Hitchen confirmed to VeriTrades that they would be commencing there final round of beta testing in 2015.

Commenting on the IPO, Frank Hitchen, CEO of Verified Trader, stated “the trading software market continues to expand and our planned IPO is the next evolutionary step in our development.

We believe that there is a significant opportunity to provide a user friendly and reliable trading platform to retail customers and the Company’s IPO and Placing will support our growth ambitions.

Gary Power from told us “we are delighted to be seeking admission to the London Stock Exchange’s market.

Since being founded in 2005, Verified Trader has successfully developed its proprietary, easy-to-use trading software and we believe thatnvides a substantial opportunity based around the delivery of a unique trading software to retail customers in a growing international market. Our admission to the London Stock Exchange and placing will support our intention to grow our customer base further.”

Frank Hitchen (CEO) also confirmed VeriTrades would again be verifying stats from the 2015 round of beta testers.
